Veal Osso Bucco, served over a rich parmesan risotto with sautéed black forest mushrooms and au jus paired with Langhe Nebbiolo 'Bric del Baio', Piedmont, Italy


Rosemary Braised Lamb Shank, over butter and parsley basted mini red potatoes, heirloom carrots, celeriac paired with Seguin-Manuel Bourgogne, Pinot Noir, Burgundy, France


Pan Seared Rainbow Trout, with lemon & herb butter sauce, mini red potatoes, apple fennel salad paired with Stoneburn Sauvignon Blanc, Marlborough, New Zealand
